Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all service transactions made through Eco-Green Cleaning Services (eco-green.us), operated by Eco-Green Cleaning Services LLC, Plano, Texas 75025, United States. By booking and paying for our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below. This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws of the State of Texas and the United States.

1. Payment Methods & Refund Eligibility

Eco-Green Cleaning Services accepts three (3) payment methods, each with specific refund terms:

Full Online Payment via Stripe (5% discount applied)

  • Clients who pay in full online via Stripe are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the service are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
  • All approved refunds via Stripe will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 30 business days, depending on the card issuer.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date.

Online Reservation 20% Deposit via Stripe (10% discount applied)

  • The 20% reservation deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This deposit secures your booking slot and compensates for administrative and scheduling costs.
  • In the event of a cancellation, the deposit amount will be retained as a credit toward a future booking, valid for 90 days from the original service date. A unique promo code will be issued to your registered email address.
  • The remaining balance (80%) is due on the day of service and is subject to the same cancellation terms as the full online payment method.
  • No refund will be issued if the client is absent at the time of service without prior cancellation notice of at least 24 hours.

Cash Payment (15% discount applied)

  • All cash payments are final and non-refundable. By selecting the cash payment option, the client expressly waives the right to a monetary refund.
  • In the event of documented service failure or dissatisfaction, Eco-Green may, at its sole discretion, offer a complimentary re-clean or a credit toward a future service.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Clean Policy

Eco-Green Cleaning Services is committed to delivering high-quality results. If you are not satisfied with any area of the cleaning:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion by contacting hello@eco-green.us or calling +1 (706) 908-4430.
  • We will schedule a complimentary re-clean of the disputed area(s) within 48 hours at no additional charge.
  • Complaints submitted after 24 hours of service completion will not be eligible for re-clean or refund.

3. Cancellation by Eco-Green

In rare cases, Eco-Green Cleaning Services may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to staff unavailability, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone.
  • A full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECO-GREEN CLEANING SERVICES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including any past, present, or future disputes, demands, or causes of action.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from this Policy shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Collin County, Texas.

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT SOLELY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Changes to This Policy

Eco-Green Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
